What's Happening When?

 

 

The Market in the Arena - Vendor Setup from 11 am - 1 pm July 4'th

 

Market runs from 1 - 5 Pm and is open to the general public, no admission fee charged

 

Break from 5:00 - 6:30 for Dinner

 

Market re-opens from 6:30 - 8:30 Pm, ticket is required for entry

Silent Auction

 

5:00 - 8:30 Pm - Winners will be announced at 9:00 Pm

 

All items must be paid for and removed on July 4, 2015 

 

If the winner is not present at 9:00 Pm the item will go to the next highest bidder.

 

Payment by cash or credit card only.

 

Dinner - Served Upstairs in the Lounge 

 

5:30 - 6:30 Pm

 

When ordering tickets if you require a vegetarian option please let us know!

 

50 / 50 Raffle

 

5:00 - 8:30 Pm - Winner drawn at 9:00 PM

 

Winner must be present to accept the prize.

If winner drawn is not present a new winning ticket will be drawn.

 

Photo Event

 

Following the dinner you will have the opportunity to have your

photo taken by our photographer and emailed to you for $10.00

Dance the Night Away!

 

Following dinner we have a few thanks to say and then it's time to dance the night away with our professional DJ who is also a professional dancer!
